Publix reaches $5 million lifetime giving in Central Florida

For the past 28 years, support from Publix customers and associates has helped shape the standard of care at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. Through philanthropic support, we’ve been able to provide millions of patients with the very best care possible and make expansive changes to the hospital throughout the decades.

While we faced many challenges as a community due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Publix remained committed to serving our hospital and held their annual CMN Hospitals coupon campaign in June with the support of vendors such as Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes cereal, Johnson & Johnson, M&Ms, Red Bull, Georgia Pacific (Angel Soft Bath Tissue and Sparkle Paper Towels), Oil-Dri (Cat’s Pride®) and Frito Lay.

We are grateful for their commitment in helping build stronger families and communities by giving back and are thrilled to celebrate Publix reaching a lifetime giving total of more than $5 million for CMN Hospitals in Central Florida!

We commend and celebrate all of the Publix associates that have not only been on the frontline serving our communities during this time, but also continue to impact the patients and families that walk through the doors of Orlando Health Arnold Palmer each day. It is possible because of associates like Deziree (pictured below), who embrace the culture of giving back and dedicate themselves to helping change kids’ health and change the future for kids like Lauren.

Thank you Publix for caring for our hospital, our patients and our community!
